Recipe: Watermelon Detox Power Juice

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 small bunch of fresh mint leaves (about ½ cup packed)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber + energy)
  • 3 cups cold water or coconut water
  • Optional: Ice cubes for blending or serving

Instructions:

  1. Blend the watermelon, cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, mint, and water/coconut water in batches if needed.
  2. Stir in chia seeds after blending (so they don’t gel up inside the blender).
  3. Let sit for 10 minutes so the chia seeds can expand slightly.
  4. Store in the fridge in a sealed container or pitcher—shake before serving.
