A Little Love for Your Gut: Valentine's Day Dessert
Valentine’s Day doesn’t need to be all-or-nothing.
You don’t have to skip dessert to “be good,” and you don’t have to feel awful afterward just because it’s February 14th.
The key is choosing treats that feel nourishing, grounding, and satisfying... not overly sweet or inflammatory.
This simple Valentine’s dessert hits that sweet spot.

A Valentine’s Reminder for Your Gut
Your gut responds to more than ingredients.
It responds to how safe, relaxed, and supported you feel when you eat.
Enjoying dessert calmly, without fear or restriction, is often just as important as what’s on the plate.
Healing doesn’t mean deprivation. It means learning how to enjoy food again.
