A Little Irish Luck for Your Gut: A St. Patrick’s Day Mocktail
St. Patrick’s Day has a reputation for being rough on digestion.
Green beer, sugary cocktails, and late nights tend to leave a lot of people feeling bloated, foggy, and off-balance the next day. But celebrating doesn’t have to mean sacrificing how you feel afterward.
Sometimes the simplest shift like choosing a drink that supports your body instead of stressing it, makes all the difference.
This Irish-inspired mocktail is refreshing, festive, and naturally green, without food dyes, excess sugar, or alcohol. It’s the kind of drink you can enjoy while still feeling clear and energized.
