Instructions

Preheat the oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Make the glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and coconut aminos until smooth. -
Prep the chicken
Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on the baking sheet. -
Add the glaze
Drizzle the maple-mustard mixture over the chicken and toss gently to coat. -
