Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Stir in garlic and bell pepper; cook 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in zucchini, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add bone broth and tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
  6. Simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.

Tips & Variations

  • Add spinach or kale during the last 5 minutes for extra greens.
