Recipe: Banana Choco-Nut Nice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced & frozen
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional but yum)
  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (just enough to blend)
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips or crushed nuts for topping

Instructions:

  1. Freeze banana slices for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, add frozen banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla, and 1–2 tbsp almond milk.
  3. Blend until smooth, pausing to scrape down sides. Add more almond milk only as needed.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a scoopable version.
