Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas, sliced & frozen
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional but yum)
- 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (just enough to blend)
- Optional: dark chocolate chips or crushed nuts for topping
Instructions:
- Freeze banana slices for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add frozen banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla, and 1–2 tbsp almond milk.
- Blend until smooth, pausing to scrape down sides. Add more almond milk only as needed.
