Recipe: Ultimate Healthy Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ¼ cup strawberries

  • ¼ cup pineapple

  • ¾ cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop bloat-free protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE 

  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts or hazelnuts

  • ½ cup ice

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Tiny pinch of sea salt

  • ¼ small avocado

Toppings:

  • Melted HU dark chocolate (drizzle)

  • Shredded coconut or cacao nibs

  • 1 fresh cherry

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything except toppings until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a glass. Drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with coconut or cacao nibs, and add that cherry on top.
